What is the return policy?

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery through our Returns Portal. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Lingerie
  • Swimwear
  • Bodysuits
  • Gift cards

How long do I have to return an order?

At Aviore, we offer 30-day return guarantee. We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t perfect, send it back within 30 days of delivery with our prepaid return label, no stress, no complications.

When will I get my order?

  • Order Handling Time (Processing): 1–2 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

Note: 
Orders placed before 14:00 GMT are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 14:00 GMT, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. 

  • Transit Time: 5–9 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6–11 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

When will I receive my tracking number?

Tracking details are typically sent via email 1-2 days after you place your order. You can use these details on our Track Your Order page to monitor your shipment's progress.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE Delivery on all orders to the United Kingdom. Additionally, all import duties and taxes are pre-paid by Aviore, so there are no hidden fees upon delivery.
