Shipping Costs
We offer Free Delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom.
Processing & Delivery Times
Order Handling Time (Processing): 1–2 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
Note:
Orders placed before 14:00 GMT are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 14:00 GMT, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Transit Time: 5–9 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6–11 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
Order Tracking & Support
You should always know where your package is. You can easily track your order via our Track Your Order page. Tracking information is usually available 1–2 days after your order is placed.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
Your peace of mind is our top priority. If a package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@aviore.uk

Address Changes & Cancellations
Address changes are only possible within 12 hours of placing the order.

International Deliveries
International deliveries may occasionally take longer due to customs or courier delays. The good news? Aviore covers all import duties and taxes, so you will not be charged any extra fees upon delivery.
